AAAAAK MBAK ZOOEY :'O
anyway M. Ward looks so much like the Iron Man Robert Downey Jr. in the In the Sun music video :B
and the result was.. cute. and classy. mbak Zooey ini emang suaranya cutek cutek unyu gitu. I'm surprised lho sebenernya waktu pertama kali denger dia nyanyi di (500) Days of Summer. she looks cute, and sounds cute too :'o
3 albumnya udah rilis loh, Volume One (2008), Volume Two (2010), dan A Very She & Him Christmas (2011). of those, aku paling suka Volume Two :D
mbak Zooey punya warna suara yang khas, you'll always know it was Zooey. musiknya menurutku indie-indie gitu, sedikit oldies ala ala 60s gitu juga.menurutku sih. liriknya lucu lucu unyu tp makjleb di beberapa lagu.
di album-albumnya mbak Zooey nulis sendiri hampir semua lagunya loh :D di album keduanya She & Him meng-cover beberapa lagu, kayak Gonna Get Along Without You Now yang aslinya lagunya Milton Kellem, dan NRBQ's 1977 single Ridin' in My Car.
FYI, this Ridin' In My Car song is one of my favourite along with In the Sun, Don't Look Back, Lingering Still, and Sing. and the award for best lyrics goes to Don't Look Back.
Overall I enjoy every song in this album sih, since the tune is catchy, but try In the Sun for starter :D lagunya catchy, music videonya lucu, kinda reminds me of Britney Spears' One More Time music video, but in a good way.
